We went and stayed at Disneyland to celebrate Sullivan's 4th Birthday! We got to do lots that we have never done before. We loved seeing Disney California Adventure. We also had lunch with the princesses (notice Hap trying to get away) and breakfast with Chip and Dale. It was a fun filled few days!

Bye, bye Binty!

Piper, decided one day last week, that she was ready to say goodbye to binty (what she calls her pacifier). I could not believe it, as she has not slept a night with out it, since she was 18 months old. Yeah, she found one one day when she was 18 months old and they were the best of friends ever since. Here are some fantastic pics of her at the dentist office donating her binkys to the babies who may need them. She was so cute and sweet about the entire thing, you can see from the picture she had quite a collection, everyone of them in the jar is hers. We went out for lunch after and celebrated!

Tanaka Farm Field Trip with Tia and Jonny

Piper and Polly went on a great field trip with Piper's school. Tia and Jonny took them and that made it "the best field trip ever!" They got to pick pumpkins and fresh veggies, ride on wagon and of course enjoy the petting zoo.

Apple Picking

The Power and Kolakowski families headed to Oak Glenn about an hour and a half away for some apple picking. Oak Glenn was just beautiful, nestled in a very scenic spot. You really felt like you were in the country. It was also cool, it made it feel like a real fall day. We first went apple picking, the girls loved it until little burs started attaching to everyone and everything. We quickly made a bee line for the apple stand at Los Ranchos Rios. There we enjoyed warm apple cider, apple pie and yummy tri-tip. Of course all our outings revolve around petting zoos and pony rides which of course the girls loved. It was such a wonderful day and it really made me feel like I was back in PA.

Sunflower Fields Forever

So maybe the apples we not as big of a hit as we had hoped (darn those burs) but the sunflowers were a huge hit, the girls loved picking them, they were just beautiful!

Hay You!

Piper, Sullivan, Polly, Etta (even little Hap) loved these hay stacks and crawling through the rabbit holes created in them. We are still getting hay out of their hair.

Oh Harrison!

Harrison is always trying to sneak off and get up to some mischief. He is pretty quick on the crawl these days. It's hard to beleive he will be a year old in another month. Here he is having a great time in the bathroom ripping apart a toilet roll. He was so happy with himself too. Oh Harrison!
